Just raise your wrist to glance at your Today list, mark to-dos complete as you go, and dictate new ones on the fly—all synced instantly with your iPhone, iPad, and Mac. Every detail is thoughtfully considered, then polished to perfection.

Install the app today and see what you can do! We provide professional support and will be glad to help you! Use your Apple Pencil to write out a list of to-dos or jot down some notes — just open Things and start scribbling. Scribble in an open space to insert a to-do, or scribble into a field where you would normally type notes, checklist, etc. Open your Health app to set this up in the Sleep settings. As a result, you can also write much longer notes.

Out of milk? One tap is all you need for Things to remind you to pick some up. Create your Things shortcuts in the Shortcuts app on your iPhone. Everyone needs a task manager—and Things is adaptable enough for anyone. This Apple Design Award winner is crisp and lightweight, featuring a simple but effective interface.

The ever-present Magic Plus button makes it easy to add to-dos from anywhere in the app, and organizing items is as simple as dragging them where you want them. Instead of boosting my productivity, my previous task management app had so many customization options that it actually ate away at my time. It became a procrastination tool.

In contrast, Things 3 is wonderfully simple and clarifying. The scheduling feature has been the real game changer for me. The app tracks due dates if you have them but—more importantly— you can also add a schedule date for each task.

Great, then tap the checkmark at the top to complete it. Plans changed? No problem, just tap the arrow to postpone it for later. If you scroll down to the bottom of this screen, you can also tap to dictate some notes, or change the due date. With Siri, you can add new to-dos to Things right from your Apple Watch. If you want to work on it right away, move it from the Inbox to your Today list with a quick tap.

Things for Apple Watch is integrated with Things Cloud for seamless updates across all your devices. Just turn it on in Things for iPhone, and choose a time for your alert. Things has already been released for Apple Watch. Things — a well-designed to-do list app for detail-minded Apple users — can help you track your tasks and projects and sync your progress across Apple devices. You can assign a deadline, too, picking from Today, This Evening, or Someday or by selecting a date on the calendar.

You can create a checklist for an item, and set the task as a repeating to-do item. Organize your task: After creating a task, you can sort it into Today, Upcoming, Anytime, and Someday folders. You can move items between folders, and when you mark a task as complete, Things moves it to your Logbook.

Within a project, you can create headings that let you organize your project into categories or milestones, for example. As you work on a to-do item, you can convert it to a project at any time if you find the scope of the task has grown. You can edit the names of tags, delete them, and create new ones. And you can assign multiple tags to an item or project.

SEE: Best to-do list apps of for managing tasks on any platform. Confusing icons: Some of the button icons could do a better job of representing their actions. For example, the New Heading button looks more like an Add Tab button. Not easy to collaborate: Things lacks the ability to collaborate on tasks within the app.

Cultured Code, the developer of Things, is aware that collaboration is a much-requested feature , but hasn’t announced any plans to build collaboration into the app. You can sync your tasks across apps via the Things Cloud , but you need to buy each app to use it across platforms. An easy-to-use to-do-list manager, Things from Cultured Code is a handy way to track to-do items and projects in Apple’s world.

If you are looking to collaborate with others, however, or want to sync tasks on non-Apple devices, you will want to look elsewhere. Free YouTube Downloader. IObit Uninstaller. Internet Download Manager.
